WHAT EMOTIONS DO FOR YOU I always giggle when I read the this title. What do emotions do for you? Before, when I just started my DBT treatment, my answer for this was NOTHING!! Feel pain!!! After going through this module I learned that emotions don't aren't that bad. Heres why: Emotions Motivate (and organize) us for action.
